Hello there, My name is Pranali and I am a Newborn photographer based in Reading Berkshire.

I believe babies belong in mommies’ and daddy’s hands… and I am more inclined toward capturing those genuinely authentic moments of your family in the comfort of your home, while you spend time with your children snuggling and admiring them. The photoshoot is all about capturing that magic you feel within when you hold your baby for the first time, that newborn smell, and those little details that otherwise would completely be forgotten.

The magic of those hazy days is real, and it’s got to be captured. During those early months with the baby, We spend most of our time at home, and creating those images with a backdrop of our own home captures the whole story. The session can be done just in your bedroom or the living room as long as we have at least one window light! I use artificial light to boost that natural light whenever needed.

THE EXPERIENCE

The Consultation

You can book your 15 min consultation with me where we can discuss how would you like your story to be told. The consultation and home visit prior to the photoshoot day allows me get to know your family a little bit and helps me capture those little things that matter to you the most. Home Visit also allows me to see the natural light available in your home as well as plan the shoot.

I provide bespoke photoshoots so, don’t hesitate to ask if you have any unique ideas in your mind about how your family would like to be captured. If you are happy, we will go ahead and sign a little paperwork and have your date booked in! You will be guided every step of the way.

Stying help

You will be sent a styling guide to help you choose the best outfits for your session, followed by a zoom consultation a week before your shoot to reconfirm your wardrobe choices.

The Photoshoot

The actual photoshoot is usually done in the first half of the day, lasts apporx 3 hours and is completely baby led. You don’t have to worry about taking extra time if baby needs feeding or diaper changes, its understandable and considered. The photoshoot is not to add extra stress on your already busy days but rather to slow down and enjoy your family and children.

The Reveal

3 weeks after the photoshoot, you will be invited for a viewing of your images.This is when you will be viewing your beautiful portraits for the first time and choose our favourites. We will help you choose the right products that will go with the decor of your home and size of your wall space.

Investement

A £150 creative fee would be required at the time of booking to hold your date and time and is non-refundable. The rest will depend on the print package that you would like to go for. Session fee would be deducted from your final package.
